I read couple of reviews... I bought the book... it arrived.
I went straight to page 130, "Day 1 of The UltraSimple Diet". And here it is...
1. Wake up 2 hours prior to leaving the house. (Okay... maybe...)
2. 2tbs olive oil mixed with a juoce of half of lemon. 1tbs of poder vitamin C and 8oz of water. (Fine... cleansing...)
3. 20-60 minutes yoga. (Is this the simple part?)
4. Breakfast. Juice from half of lemon with hot water. 1 cup of green tea. 2 capsules of probiotic and 2 capsules of liver supportive herbs. UltraShake. If no bowel movement take laxative. (wow... I am a little concerned now...)
5. Snack. 1 cup UltraBroth and another UltraShake. (Easy... yeah right)
6. Lunch. 2 capsules of magnesium citrate. 2 cups of steamed vegies. 1/2 cup brown rice. 1/2 cup of fruit. UltraShake. (Ok, got it. Vegies, rice and fruit. Why the other junk?)
7. Snack. 1 cup of UltraBroth. UltraShake. 30 minute walk. (Not too bad... but why all the Ultra* stuff)
8. Before dinner. 30 minute walk. Sauna or steam room. 20 minutes yoga. (LOL. Who needs diet with this...)
9. Dinner. 2 capsules brobiotic. 2 capsules liver detox. 2 cups steamed veggies. 1/2 cup brown rice. 6oz chicken, fish or tofu. 1 cup UltraBroth. (a little too much additives for such a simpel diet, don't you think?)
10. Bedtime. 20 minutes yoga. 2 capsules of laxative. 2 capsules of magnesium citrate. 20 minutes UltraBath. (aren't you glad the day is done. ;) )
So here is the conclusion. Yoga and laxatives and you'll lose weight.... or just from the headache of following this supposedly Ultra Simple diet you are bound to lose weight.
