The author, Victoria Boutenko, writes to grab the reader and make you want to learn more. she presents her material and research in a very simply and understandable manner, however she shows how everything is backed up 100%. This book really made me realize that the health that i wanted was so simple. it all make sense and is simply logic on why so many people are unhealthy and diseased. if oyu have ever taken a biology or anatomy or nutrition class, you can see where all of her theories and research fit in. she is not just a Kook writing whatever she wants and saying it's factual. she has done her research and has her own family and friends and test subjects as real-life examples to prove it. i recommend this book to anyone who is mildly interested in improving their health in a simple manner. By the way, i have never been severely unhealthy, with the exception of childhood asthma nor have i ever been overweight. i eat a vegan diet now and exercise regularly. I'm sure many people who click on this probably do or plan to live a healthy life. i have blood tests that state that my physical well being was great previous to trying Boutenko's green smoothies and i still can feel a vibrancy and energy that I've never felt before. it truly is a difference of surviving life and living it. i feel like nothing can stop me. if you don't want to commit, may i suggest renting this book at your public library first. that's what i did. and afterward i came online and bought it. i really love it. good luck with your health!
