This is a condensed version of You Can Heal Your Life, of which I have a hard copy and refer to all the time. I didn't need that entire text on my Kindle, and this book, Heal Your Body, fit the bill.
For those of you familiar with these books, this review can serve more as an endorsement for using them on mobile devices. It's already paid for itself with the convenience of accessing the information I need, quickly.
