For those who have been through some self-help books and trainings: this book has nothing new to offer.
Some chi - chakra - pseudo scientific quantum physics sort of terminology with lots of trendy esoteric stuff like 2012 (Mayan Calendar).
There is no new perspective in this book. It is just yet another terminology.
This book really goes on the same shelf as "The Secret". It offers slightly more depth then "The Secret" but due to its hard to oversee structure it is not easy to dig into those depths.Get more detail about Frequency: The Power of Personal Vibration.
