I bought this book about a year ago. While the nutritional information was good for helping me to get back on track with better eating and taking supplements, it doesn't suddenly make anyone "desirous" or "orgasmic." Come on! It's a bit of quackery in that regard but it did give me energy and energy is one thing I needed for better sex.
What DID help my sex life, FINALLY, was reading Because It Feels Good, a book that educated me about the things that were truly at the root of my sex issues, like learning how to get out of a "cycle of dread" about sex and trying sex positions that work for making orgasm easier.
I was surprised to see this book on TV recently as I had forgotten about it after all this time.
