In brief, this is a disturbing joke. The idea that your thoughts and your thoughts alone create your reality is laughable. There are many ways to prove that this is false. If this WERE true, then everyone who was killed violently, whether via homicide, auto accident, in war, etc. would have to had been thinking about that. If we polled those dead individuals, a large number of them probably had never even thought that x might happen. Likewise, how many people end up with a terminal illness who've never heard of or thought about that illness?
Babies don't invite death and disease. "Abraham's" answer to this question was absurd. I'm really surprised there's no mention of previous life karma. Without karma and past lives, this theory has no basis.
What about other people's energy and their creations interfering with yours? There's no mention of how society impacts you. It's very individualistic in this sense, ignoring the powerful effects of others and their "creations" interering with your own manifestation.
Our reality is shaped by our thoughts -- no doubt. But it's also shaped by other influences, and as much as we may wish, we're really not THAT in control.
The good part of this book: thinking happy thoughts and maintaining feelings of well-being are excellent tools for general happiness.
